I adapt my sessions based on the needs of my client. I am really friendly and like to begin with open dialogue about the challenges and goals my students are facing. My experience is wide ranging from global corporate high flyer to self employed coach I have experienced the ups and downs of business and life. I am very relaxed , open and friendly and there is nothing that shocks me. I’ve had experience as an advocate for someone with mental health difficulties and I think this makes me really sensitive to the needs of those who might be struggling or having a challenging time.
