I have a BA (Hons), PGCE Primary, MA in Education, a PGCAPHE and HEA Fellowship. I worked as a primary school teacher for many years, then taught an Accees to Teaching course (FE) and I am now an Early Childhood lecturer. I am also an assessor for PGCE Primary students at Coventry University and work as an Online Tutor.
I can help you with subject knowledge, academic writing skills and assessment literacy. I will help you to make sense of Learning Outcomes, Tasks, Rubrics, Referencing, Feedback and more!

My sessions will be online, using Microsoft Teams. I will tailor the session to your requirements. I can use a variety of online tools and platforms to make the learning experience more interactive. I will cover whatever content is most useful to you. I believe that everyone is starting from a different point and has unique requirements, so through discussion we can establish what areas you need to work on. We can also use feedback you have received from your Lecturers and previous assignments to move forwards. I can support you to complete assignments and also coach you through your University studies.

I have experience of creating course content for both Undergraduate and PGCE students. I can share excellent resources with you and also teach you to become a more autonomous learner. Assessment Literacy is the key to success. I will help to understand HOW to succeed in Higher Education and give you the tools to become a more confident, independent learner.
