Together we can achieve tangible results through conversational hypnosis and change techniques that help you look at the situation and your own skills and talents in a different light.
I work to reframe your problem and defuse the negative beliefs behind them. I have successfully treated clients with anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, people-pleasing, procrastinating, concentration, exam skills, sports performance, traumatic abuse, side-effects from narcissistic abuse and much more.
I am passionate about helping people access the right help because of the way my own young life unfolded, and I know how crucial the right input at the right time can be in order not to delay a successful outcome and that a swift resolution will avoid unnecessary worry and suffering.
My process works on the priniciple that the subconscious mind knows both the root of the problem and the solution. So, the right work needs to happen in a relaxed, trance state, using powerful, focused imagination. You don't have to consciously figure it out. That's the hard way to do it!
It is possible to show clients in hypnosis what life looks like without the problem, and how to take the steps needed along the way, feeling calm, focused, and happy.
