I will always take the time to discuss your needs, strengths weaknesses and how you learn best before we begin in any serious way. I like to get to know your passions and dislikes so that we can learn and explore them together while learning - that way making the material we create and use together both relatable and enjoyable. We are in this together - I do not believe in a top-down approach where I am the ATM of knowledge and you are a sponge. Learning critical thinking should be the priority. Critical thinking skills, according to the many existing definitions, include observation, interpretation, analysis, inference, evaluation, explanation, and metacognition. This last one, as defined in The Free Dictionary, means thinking about one's own mental processes.
