I am an enthusiastic, encouraging and warm young person here to help your child gain confidence in maths skills, whether it's for general skills or working towards a qualification. I give the child the space to figure it out on their own but offer guidance as needed or I will begin with the following teaching methods:

Using presentations, verbal and written explanations and examples, short YouTube videos & textbook examples to work through together or on their own, going over the answers with me, your child will gain confidence in their maths skills! I can give out tasks as homework to complete in the time between each session to then go over in the next if the parent thinks this would be beneficial.

Each lesson will be teacher led but the student can take over if they wish! The lessons will be structured and prepared by me beforehand according to your priorities or whichever topics the student struggles with or wishes to cover, you have the final say. Lessons will be very collaborative with question and answer structure following explanations and other teaching methods previously mentioned to gain a deeper understanding of each step of the process in maths which I believe is vital to truly do well in the subject.

I have experience in tutoring English under the Duke of Edinburgh silver award and was tutored in maths myself by multiple tutors so I have an in depth understanding of how the process works.

My availability is Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning or Friday, Saturday afternoon or any time Sunday.
