There will be different lessons for different subjects: Maths I use a book which shows examples of how to do the maths in question with examples and will do some examples with the student myself, with English again the same a book complete with examples and work through other examples with the student myself, with history it depends on what curriculum you are studying but it is much the same, but I can provide examples of whichever you are studying and then we can have a Q & A session at the end to clarify whether you understand what we have been studying.
My role is a tutor is a friendly one, with a clear desire to assist and help my students to obtain whatever standard they wish to obtain.
There is never a right or wrong answer in English it is rather the understanding to the subject and whether you are clear on grammar and punctuation, with maths there is always a correct way of doing the sum and I will teach you how to do so.
With languages it is important to learn slowly and surely and to understand the reasons why language works and how to make yourself understood in another language that is not your own.
Patience, trust and a desire to learn are all I ask from students, and that is what I will give to you.
