Anju Mathew

Hello! My name is Anju, and I am a Civil Engineering graduate currently pursuing an MSc in Sustainable Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Liverpool. I have three years of tutoring experience teaching Mathematics and Science to students of different age groups, from primary school to A-Level.

My lessons are designed according to each student's learning style and pace. I believe that every student can succeed in Mathematics when concepts are explained in a simple and clear way. During my lessons, I use step-by-step explanations, worked examples, practice questions, quizzes, diagrams, and visual materials to help students understand difficult topics more easily.

I have experience teaching topics such as Geometry, Fractions, Percentages, Trigonometry, Calculus, Matrices, Determinants, and Linear Programming. I also prepare notes and assignments to help students revise independently outside of lessons.

My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to build their confidence and problem-solving skills. I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes.
