Hey...I work as an assistant professor in a post graduate college under Commerce department. I explain the concepts into a basic layman's language and then try to relate that concept with their day to day life so that the students can easily accept the complex theories. Hey...I work as an assistant professor in a post graduate college under Commerce department. I explain the concepts into a basic layman's language and then try to relate that concept with their day to day life so that the students can easily accept the complex theories. This way the confidence and morale level of students increases. I make sure that the students can easily accept the facts they have made aware of and ensure that no doubts are still left in their heads as it may lead to confusion later. However, a basic and clear introduction to the concept helps the students to create a future step towards their goals. I also try to enlighten the students regarding various career choices they can avail off by choosing a particular stream.
