Anisha Riggs is an accomplished Business Manager, specializing in strategic operational management, governance, resource planning, and continuous process improvement. Holding a Level 3 Distinction in Business Administration and Management alongside PRINCE2 Agile certification, she currently directs executive operations as a Senior EA and Office Manager. Throughout her career, Anisha has proven adept at optimizing workforce capacity, managing large-scale resource allocation for 1,500-person units, and streamlining business workflows to maximize profitability and decision-making efficiency. 
Her teaching and coaching approach is deeply rooted in practical, real-world application, mentorship, and active career guidance. Drawing from her extensive experience in executive support, resource management, and talent acquisition, Anisha teaches students and early-career professionals how to navigate corporate environments with confidence. As a dedicated STEM Lead and mentor, she actively engages with local schools and colleges to conduct student mentorship, run mock interview days, and deliver career path orientation. Furthermore, she has guided over 100 ex-military personnel through transition events and served as an expert advocate for apprenticeships.
