I will develop engaging and innovative techniques that will answer to the needs of individual students and specific problems. My teaching and content will address weaknesses first and foremost, allowing each child to become confident in the subjects and topics they are struggling with, whilst remaining enjoyable and interesting. My lessons will be a mixture of questions and answer style methods, as well as visual learning, with exercises that will constantly check knowledge and reinforce learning that has taken place.
