I like to teach by working through example questions step by step to gauge an understanding of the student's progress, then allowing the student to attempt the question independently. I find that this helps with information retention but also long-term performance!

I started tutoring when I was in my final year of school and have been consistently tutoring for the last 5 years. I am now studying my Master's (MEng) in Biomedical Engineering from King's College London, receiving a 2:1 for my first 3 years.

Maths has always been a passion of mine, one that I would love to pass on to my students. I believe that if you can understand the subject you can unlock a whole new world!

I got an A in Alevel maths and an 8 in GCSE maths. I have also been a robotic teacher for 2 years which has really helped my teaching experience grow and given me the experience of working with children of varying abilities and setting tasks to help students understand objectives from different angles.
