I have been tutoring Maths for the past 3 years, teaching a range of students of different ages and abilities. I am currently completing my undergraduate degree studying Economics at Loughborough University, in which I have undertaken mathematics-based modules. This, alongside having achieved an A in A-level Maths and Further Maths, I believe I have acquired the relevant skills and knowledge to effectively teach students in any areas they may be struggling in.

The lessons are structured to focus mainly on areas which could be developed/improved further, whilst ensuring the syllabus is covered. However, I am flexible to accommodate any changes the student may wish to make, and am able to centre the lesson plan around the topics they wish to focus on. I will give the student questions as I teach them the content to ensure they understand it. To consolidate their learning, they will be given exam style questions to allow them to apply what they have studied.

I aim to make the lessons dynamic and interesting for the student, in order to keep them engaged. More importantly, I try to create a positive and supportive atmosphere, to enable them to ask any questions they may have without any hesitations to support their development.
