- My sessions have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
- I encourage students to think critically and talk through their problem-solving approach so we can have a collaborative and engaging session together.
- Students are welcome to bring any difficult maths questions they have come across at school or in their homework/independent study.
- I'm also happy to provide resources like worksheets or past papers.
- I can cover any topic on the GCSE maths (foundation or higher) specification
- My exam board for maths was Edexcel, so those style of questions are what I'm personally most familiar with but of course, the skills, methods and techniques are transferable across exam boards.
- I can adapt my teaching to provide beneficial guidance for students of a range of mathematical abilities and competencies.
- I have a profound passion for maths; it's been my favourite subject since age 5.
- It was predominantly my maths skills that helped me pass the 11+ exam (I've been at Wallington High School for Girls since September 2020).
- I have previous experience in 11+ tuition
- I worked incredibly hard in my exams and GCSE results this year were with the 8 being in English Literature.
- I'm currently studying maths, biology and Chemistry for A level as I'll be applying for medicine at university
