You will receive personalised tuition from a well-qualified and experienced teacher of English. I hold both bachelor's and master's degrees from one of the UK's Russell Group universities and I am qualified to teach English and TESOL. Originally I taught A Level English. For the past five years, I have been teaching both school leavers and adults. My adult students are usually speakers of other languages, and I have developed an effective scheme of learning to help these students with their grammar. In 2020, I moved my lessons online, using Google Classroom and Google Meets. I can use Zoom or other platforms to deliver lessons. This means I can speak to you one-to-one and help with your pronunciation. I can send and receive reading and writing work by email and provide detailed feedback. You will be able to ask me questions during our meetings, and you will find me friendly and supportive. We will begin with an initial assessment. We will have a meeting so that I can assess your level of spoken English. Then I will ask you to complete a piece of writing so that I can identify common errors in your spelling, punctuation and grammar. This will help me to create a personalised scheme of learning for you where we will work on your targets. From there we can have weekly meetings at a time that works for both of us.
