In each class, we roll up our sleeves and dive into the art of fresh pasta — all from scratch and all by hand. No fancy machines, just flour, eggs, and a whole lot of fun.

You’ll learn step-by-step how to make pasta dough, knead it properly, and shape it into beautiful forms like tagliatelle, farfalle, or stuffed ravioli (depending on the class). Along the way, I’ll share tips, tricks, and a bit of pasta history too!

My classes are relaxed, hands-on, and beginner-friendly — whether you're coming solo, with a partner, or in a group. Expect a warm, welcoming vibe where you can ask questions, laugh at your flour-covered hands, and enjoy the meditative magic of making something from scratch.

I started making pasta in early 2024 and instantly fell in love with the calm and creativity it brings. Now I’m here to share that joy with you — one delicious shape at a time. ??
