Hello. I’m a qualified teacher with 23 years experience. I am an AQA examiner. I therefore have extensive knowledge of the curriculum and what the exam board is looking for. I have worked in various schools and have taught ages from 6-16. Hello. I’m a qualified teacher with 23 years experience. I am an AQA examiner. I therefore have extensive knowledge of the curriculum and what the exam board is looking for. I have worked in various schools and have taught ages from 6-16. I don’t have one particular method of teaching students, I believe we are all unique and therefore different teaching styles and methods vary. I do however like to incorporate exam style questions. Ultimately the goal is achieving higher grades and for you to reach your full potential. I have dealt with many students with special needs so please don’t worry should you require extra support. I am able to work 1.1 at home (distance permitted) or online if you prefer. I have extensive material/resources and have sound knowledge of GCSE texts, for example An inspector calls/ A Christmas carol/ Shakespeare. She’s helped me a lot to boost my grades over my time at secondary school. With my GCSEs around the corner, my expected grade has gone from a 5 to a 9 in English Language. I would 100% recommend her as a tutor! Her teaching style is very beneficial & always helps me with every small mistake I make.
