I am able to offer interactive online and in-person lessons to students. I can help students with specific queries as well as critiquing their work and ensuring they get the highest possible marks. Lessons can be either 1 hour or 30 mins or even longer if needed. I achieved a 9 in GCSE Chemistry and have been working at an A/A* standard throughout A-levels. I have also achieved an 8 in GCSE Biology and have also been working at an A* standard. I have previously tutored classmates and many have said that my explanations are thorough and easy to understand as I make good comparisons of key concepts that are engaging and easy to understand. Lessons are for GCSE and A-level candidates. However, I can also tutor younger years. I am most comfortable with OCR A A-level Biology exam board and AQA A-level Chemistry exam board.
I have been tutoring for a little over 2 years now, teaching children of varying ages and knowledge base, I have learnt well to adapt my lessons to each students individual needs and concerns. I provide many exam useful tips and questions in my lessons to ensure that my students are as prepared as possible.
During A-levels, biology was my favourite and so I was always happy to teach and explain concepts to my peers. However, I have also been on the flip side and I understand what it's like to struggle with a subject. I greatly struggled with A-level chemistry and was very lucky to have received tutoring for the subject, hence I would like to pass on my knowledge and tutor others in a subject I so greatly love.
