Experienced UK qualified teacher of Physics and Mathematics offering online lessons and support to students at in GCSE Mathematics, A level Physics, along with Science and Mathematics for younger students.
I trained initially on the Teach First programme in Yorkshire. Subsequently I have been subject leader in Physics in a state school in the UK, and head of Science in a private international school in Tbilisi.

Friendly and non-judgemental, I love teaching Maths and Physics. I have taught students of all kinds, with a huge range of attitudes and ambitions, and always seek to inspire the same joy I find in these subjects. I do not judge students who find it difficult, I focus on their strengths and help them to find strengths they didn't know they have.

I teach online using an iPad, so that we can view the material together, and use online Maths tools easily.
The first session, free of charge, is where we go through your targets, strengths and areas for development, to see if what I offer matches your needs. If desired, I offer homework. This may be a past paper question, or something that digs deeper into the subject, depending on your goals.
Though I am qualified and experienced to teach students aged 12-18, I am naturally good with younger children, and welcome the chance to work with students of any age.
I have extensive experience working with students who speak English as a second language, so people are often surprised that my Irish accent isn't stronger!
