I am a mature and experienced educator with an understanding of the behaviour and attitudes to make learning effective, social and economic barriers that many learners face. My career spans over two decades across the commercial, public, and third sectors, where I’ve helped individuals and organisations meet their objectives through tailored, outcome-focused learning.

My approach is empathetic, practical, and grounded in real-world outcomes. I’ve worked extensively with learners at community, commercial and corporate level—those who may lack confidence, resources, or access to traditional education—and helped them build skills that lead to meaningful change.

I have delivered face-to-face sessions in schools as part of collapsed timetable initiatives, focusing on enterprise and entrepreneurship. I also support Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for schools, FE colleges, and organisations across the public (transport and utilities), statutory (local government and housing) and voluntary/charity sectors.
