My passion with teaching started with my engineering-obsessed younger brother needing assistance with his English homework. From there I have attained a BA in History, have worked as a teaching assistant with 1-on-1 tutoring experience and then have been working on a PGCE in English teaching through Warwick University with full teaching experience in classes of over 30 students with a variety of needs.

Each session will be tailored to your specific requirements. Should you need help on a particular topic we will focus on that rather than re-hashing a broad curriculum that may not be relevant to what you want out of your tuition.

My main approach for education is building your confidence as well as your competence. If you believe in yourself, it will take you further than just studying alone.

We will work on skills in your topics that are transferrable to other areas of life, the ability to analyse for instance is not strictly for those studying English or History but is a saught after skill in many industries.

Even in a classroom of 30 plus students, I have always cultivated a personal approach with each individual student. No two people are the same, and we will work together to find the best way of learning for you.
