Having worked with students from A-level through to university level, I understand the academic pressures involved and adapt my teaching pace accordingly. I also integrate exam strategies and essay-writing skills for students who are working towards qualifications.

My teaching method blends theory with practice. For example, in Clinical Psychology, we might explore mental health disorders alongside DSM criteria and therapeutic interventions. In Forensic Psychology, we examine offender behaviour, interviewing techniques for both children and suspects and the legal system’s psychological dimensions. In Sports Psychology, I focus on performance enhancement, motivation, and mental resilience.
