Anastasia Salamakha

Hello! My name is Anastasia Salamakha, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I am currently studying Physics at Imperial, so I have a strong Math and STEM background. Additionally, I studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Biology at A-Level, and I have a strong GCSE foundation in both STEM subjects and English. This background allows me to support students across a wide range of topics, from core concepts to more advanced material. Having fairly recently been in the student's position I can better understand the things they may struggle with and help them work it out.

When I teach, I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps. I use clear examples and targeted practice questions to help students build a solid understanding of each topic. I believe that learning is most effective when it is interactive, so I encourage questions and discussions during lessons to make sure concepts are fully understood.

My approach is supportive and flexible, adapting lessons to each student’s pace and individual needs. Whether a student is looking to strengthen their foundation, prepare for exams, or develop problem-solving skills, I tailor each session to ensure progress and confidence. I also share effective revision techniques and exam strategies, helping students approach assessments with clarity and focus.

Above all, I aim to make learning enjoyable and rewarding. By creating a positive and encouraging environment, I hope to inspire curiosity, resilience, and a love for learning that goes beyond the classroom.
