Anastasia Bucur

My name is Anastasia, and I am an architect, designer, and tutor with a First Class Diploma in Architecture and over seven years of professional creative experience. I manage my own architectural company, where I work with private clients and businesses on design solutions, presentations, drawings, and visual material. Alongside this, I dedicate part of my time to teaching, helping learners of all ages - from children discovering creativity for the first time, to companies needing professional design training - achieve their goals.

My expertise covers a wide spectrum: 3D modelling, CAD drafting, architectural drawing, hand sketching, painting, and physical model making. I am also confident in teaching computer-based programs such as Adobe InDesign and other design software, particularly for presentation design, portfolio preparation, and architectural projects. Previously, I delivered a block of ten InDesign lessons to a property company to help them develop professional landlord packs, showing how my teaching adapts to real-world business needs.

For children and teenagers, I teach the foundations of art through history, techniques, and different media - from drawing and painting to mixed materials - always balancing skill-building with imagination. For adults and professionals, I provide tailored sessions in design software, architectural drawing, portfolio development, and visual storytelling.

What sets me apart as a tutor is the combination of academic excellence, hands-on creative practice, and real-world design management. I have worked as an artist and art studio manager for four years and as a carpenter and spray painter for two years, giving me both fine art sensibility and practical craftsmanship. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian, allowing me to connect with a wide range of students.

I believe my role as a tutor is to give each student the tools, confidence, and structure to grow - whether they are building a professional portfolio, preparing for academic success, or simply exploring their creativity.
