I do not offer passive lectures. Our sessions are active, dynamic. Each class lasts for 60minutes.
Each class is consisted of three phases:

I. Clarity & Diagnosis
Deep dive into a specific challenge (e.g., job interview anxiety, difficulty saying "no," or stalled negotiation). We check what is the psychological root. What is the real obstacle preventing you from being heard? Insight: You identify the why behind your communication struggle.

II. Strategy
We break down your need/wish and use proven assertive communication models to co-create the perfect script or response framework. I teach you how to translate internal thoughts into professional sentences.
How can I say this clearly, confidently, and without apology?
Tool: You walk away with a polished, ready-to-use strategy (the exact sentences you need).

III. Refinement
Targeted role-playing, simulation of the scenario (e.g., mock interview, negotiating a boundary). I provide immediate, honest, and actionable feedback on tone, pace, and delivery.
Confidence: You build muscle memory and proof that you can execute the strategy successfully.


At the beginning we agree on a goal, and during the every class we work on one specific problem that you have. We agree on the number of classes that you need and on the outcome that you wish for.
