My lessons are supportive, reflective, and practical, using mindfulness as a foundation to help students fulfil their full potential both academically and personally. I believe that managing stress, building self-awareness, and developing clarity are essential not only for academic success, but also for making confident decisions about the future. Each session is tailored to the individual and usually begins with a short check-in, followed by guided mindfulness or stress-relief techniques that students can immediately apply to their studies and everyday life.

Beyond mindfulness, I actively support students in exploring what to study and which pathways into the workforce may suit their strengths, interests, and long-term goals. Through open discussion and structured reflection, I help students better understand their options, build confidence in their decisions, and feel more prepared for transitions such as university applications or entering the professional world.

I aim to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where students feel comfortable talking about their educational circumstances, academic pressure, or uncertainty about the future. Many students come to sessions simply needing clarity, reassurance, or someone to talk to, and I am equally happy supporting emotional wellbeing as I am offering practical guidance. My teaching style is interactive rather than lecture-based, encouraging reflection, questions, and honest conversation.

I bring experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and understand the pressures around performance, expectations, and self-development. Whether a student is feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ambitious about their next steps, my goal is to help them manage stress, make informed choices, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
