Hi I’m Amy, I have a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and experience teaching all ages. I aim to deliver fun and engaging lessons that are personalised to yours or your child’s specific learning pace, style and needs, whether that be developing the basics of language, improving literacy skills or proving tutoring for GCSEs and A Levels.

I will begin our sessions by assessing where the student currently stands and what they aim to achieve. My lessons are interactive and structured, usually starting with a brief recap, followed by guided instruction, practice questions and finishing with a review to reinforce key concepts.

I emphasise critical thinking and encourage students to ask questions, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged. I have experience with SEN students and can adjust my resources to fit your particular curriculum.

I strive to create a supportive learning environment to boost both confidence and academic ability.
