Hi! I’m a qualified science teacher with a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), experienced in teaching students across Key Stage 3 and GCSE. I’m passionate about making science clear, engaging, and accessible for all learners.

In my lessons, I focus on explaining ideas in a simple and effective way—breaking down complex concepts into smaller, meaningful steps so they’re easier to understand. I adapt my teaching to suit each student, helping to build both confidence and subject knowledge.

I use a range of engaging strategies, including targeted questioning, quick checks for understanding, and exam-style practice to support progress and prepare students for assessments.

I also have experience supporting students with SEND and EAL, using clear explanations and structured support to ensure every student can succeed.

My aim is to help students improve their understanding, boost their confidence, and achieve their full potential in science.
