Whether you are a complete beginner, career switcher, or someone looking to improve existing skills, I create a supportive learning environment where concepts are broken down into simple, easy-to-understand steps.

I teach both online and hybrid lessons, depending on what works best for the student. Lessons typically combine theory with hands-on practice, because I believe students learn faster by doing rather than only listening. For example, in IT and computing lessons, we work through real-life troubleshooting scenarios, software installation, programming exercises, and data analysis projects. In business-related lessons, I use case studies, practical examples, and structured exercises to explain concepts like business management, analytics, reporting, and problem-solving.

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous topics, followed by introducing a new concept, guided practice, and then independent tasks or mini-projects to reinforce learning. I also provide clear explanations, step-by-step demonstrations, constructive feedback, and progress checks to ensure students are building confidence as they improve.

My teaching experience comes from both formal and informal settings, including working as an IT teacher, private computing and business studies tutor, volunteer computer trainer, and technical support professional. Over the years, I have supported learners of different ages and backgrounds, helping them develop digital literacy, IT support skills, business knowledge, internet navigation, email setup, job search skills, and computing fundamentals.

My goal is not just to teach a subject, but to help students gain practical skills they can confidently apply in school, at work, or in their personal projects.
