Hi, my name is Amber and I am an English Language and Literature tutor with experience supporting Primary, KS3, and GCSE students. I focus on creating lessons that are clear, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual learning style and goals.

My teaching approach is very exam-focused while also helping students genuinely understand the subject and build confidence in their abilities. I support students with analysing texts, essay structure, creative writing, comprehension, grammar, and developing strong exam techniques for GCSE English Language and Literature.

I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons to suit their pace and help create a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving step by step. Whether a student needs extra support, help preparing for exams, or wants to improve their confidence and grades, I aim to make learning engaging, manageable, and rewarding.
