I feel as if this is best as kids always love to look forwards to rewards and it makes them want to do the work. In addition to this I know that some kids get anxious with strangers so parents will always be welcome to sit in the room with us. I can also help with homework or spellings ect. I cant wait to meet you, have a fantastic day :)
