It's not the trees that bear good fruits but the condition in which it is grown. The good weather,water , soil , fertilizer and other factors contribute to its well flourishing. This is the same in case of children who begin to learn new things as a part of academics. They need a strong base which will help them to learn their lessons very well. My method of teaching is very simple. It's patience and the willingness to explain until each and every student understands the class. The key is to be kind , open to doubts and giving students the space to express their views.
