I try to make the content as accessible as possible.

I try to avoid rigid and strict methods of teaching and look at ways that the students may understand and retain the skills needed.

I often work through a few examples with the students - modelling the method.

Then I ask the student to direct me through a question, or two - making sure they have grasped the method.

Then I set the student off to work independently, before checking in on them to make sure they are able to use this method to answer questions.
