I have taught English to children aged 4-5 (in a group) and to secondary school students (1-on-1). The biggest skill I acquired from this experience was learning how to find an individual approach for each student and make learning fun and engaging for them. I'm also currently in the process of getting my CELTA certification.

In my teaching, I like to use a wide range of materials and techniques (interactive games, clips from films, song lyrics, roleplaying) for a well-rounded approach, and I will help you identify your weak spots in English—that's what we'll focus on during our lessons. If you're interested in improving in a specific area, be it everyday conversation or writing, don't hesitate to communicate this to me and I will work on lesson plans that will help you develop in those areas. I will also dedicate a small portion of each lesson to vocabulary, especially idioms: we will look at and discuss examples of usage from media and literature. With every subsequent lesson, we will review the previous lesson's material and practise using recently learnt words and expressions in a sentence, so that they will naturally become part of your active vocabulary and help you express yourself more fluently and confidently in English.

English is a very rich language with a long history and lots of hidden gems, borrowing words from languages all around the world. It also opens hundreds of doors once you have learnt it, and I will happily be your guide to finding the keys to those doors.
