Optimistic, compassionate, and respectful, and I don't mind helping students work through issues in a supportive, encouraging manner catering to their learning needs. I prefer to be friendly and approachable as well as I want my students to think of me as a source of encouragement and support rather than critical or judgmental. My lessons are always lively, filled with enjoyable activities or games and most importantly my lessons are beneficial to my students. I strongly believe that if a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn. For my lesson I construct and use variety of instructional strategies, tools, and materials, and other effective digital platform to accomplish their learning objectives. I encourage my students to use their voice and be experiential learner in order to overcome their fear of making mistakes, as this is crucial to student's educational experience and how they learn. All skills levels are accepted (if necessary we will start from scratch).
