Alvin Anoop

My name is Alvin and I just finished my A levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Computer science). I am extremely enthusiastic about helping people achieve their goals of the grades they want in mathematics especially.

Having volunteered to help in maths classes in school helped refine my ability to communicate and inspire those younger than me to enjoy learning the art of maths. Additionally, teaching in the school chess club, especially to those that are in year 3-6 has made me more patient and understanding when teaching. I believe that trust and openness is what allows students to feel they can ask any question and therefore deepen their understanding of thee topic.

My classes will ensure that the student is interacting and enjoying their time in the lesson, where I'll make sure my student is comfortable with asking any questions, even if something has to be repeated in order for deeper understanding.

On the other hand, my classes will be extremely organised and planned making sure that we are well ahead of time for coverage for any syllabus. Each topic will be covered thoroughly to a point where the student is completely comfortable to answer even questions that require further thinking and problem solving.

Overall, I promise to give organised, thorough and interactive lessons to all those who are preparing for maths exams. My varied and unique experiences have allowed me to fine tune my skills and has given me the ability to effectively communicate, explain and teach to students of all ages and abilities.
