READ FIRST BEFORE SCHEDULING LESSON PLEASE
Hello and welcome to my profile! Thank you for considering to choose me as a private tutor. My name is Shamirah and I am 13. Yes, 13. I may be young but don't look down on me for my age. I can actually be pretty intelligent. I frequently help my friends, classmates and younger brother with their work so I have a bit of experience in teaching I guess. I will try to teach you/your child to the best of my ability and will make the lessons as fun and engaging as I can. I aim my lessons at those in Primary School or Nursery, so from Key Stage 2 or younger.
I only do online lessons.
I can assure you that I am knowledgeable in Maths. I received higher than average in my SAT's, get high scores in tests and am currently in Set 1. If there is a topic I am not so certain about, I will do my research or look through my old Maths books.
Away from the topic of Maths, I consider myself a very friendly person. I can be a little shy when seeing new faces but will easily overcome it. I will not judge you/your child for anything at all and will accept you no matter who you are. I understand that there will be some people who may not understand Maths or are just troublesome but I will not treat you/your child any differently to how I would someone else. I will make my lessons simple and easy to understand for all age groups.
I will only be able to do after school hours, holidays and Saturdays. No Sundays.
The first lesson is for free and I will just be using it as an ice breaker to get to know you/your child.
