I am a hardworking, motivated and passionate teacher. My pedagogical interest lies in learner centric teaching and learning. I try to focus on four skills of language teaching like reading, writing, listening and speaking. I usually give a need assessment test to my students to figure out their standings and requirements. I prepare my lessons based on the objective and learning outcome. I monitor their progress very closely. I prepare the worksheets based on the aptitude of the students.
