Alisha Bermudez

Greetings, I am Alisha. I am from the beautiful country of Belize. For those of you who are not aware of Belize, you can take a moment to research it. Careful, you might fall in love with the beautiful scenery. It is located in the Caribbean. Now, about me: I consider myself to be fun, attentive, happy and lively. I am dedicated to my work and I'm also dependable. I enjoying using my imagination because it helps me to remember certain information. I love music especially afrobeat and soca. I like dancing and singing and eating. I do not enjoy cooking at all. I enjoy helping others. I love learning new information, especially from someone from a different culture, background or country. I believe that a teacher and student relationship is based on respect so I try my best to be respectful.

I have taught to children in my neighborhood for 6 years. I have taught online for 4 months. I am aware that it is a different environment but, I do enjoy helping others learn information to help them understand certain things better.

From our lesson we can learn to communicate more freely, to conduct a professional interview, to conduct a fluent presentation. I like to focus on naturalness, fluency and emotions. I want you the student to be comfortable speaking and being able to express yourself freely. One of my desired goal for each student is to end off the session feeling confident enough to be able to communicate freely in English in their community.
