As a teacher i make sure that i emphasize rules and proper behavior, there has to be mutual respect in my class but that does not mean i do not engage my students i do so that they enjoy the environment and learn necessary skills. In my lessons i prefer to use visuals,pictures,graphs,toys and stickers to mention a few.

In order to engage learners more i make sure that they are debates every now in then in our lessons and make sure that the tasks are free and not controlled. When students perform well i encourage them with giving out stars,clapping hands for them. In my lessons i make sure that i interact with students i introduce myself ,telling them my hobbies,likes and dislikes and ask them to tell me theirs. I make sure that i know my students' names.
