I explicitly teach students how to interpret command words, meet all assessment objectives, and confidently answer exam questions using clear writing frames and structured approaches.
My lessons focus on helping students understand how to “nail” exam questions, from shorter data and figure-based questions to extended responses. I support students in developing effective revision strategies, using a wide range of resources tailored to different memory recall techniques, ensuring key knowledge is securely learned and transferable under exam conditions.
At A Level, I specialise in the AQA exam structure, including how to approach 20-mark essays, evaluate effectively, and answer figure and resource questions with precision. I also provide dedicated support with the AQA NEA coursework, guiding students through planning, fieldwork write-ups, data presentation, analysis, and meeting the assessment objectives at every stage.
