As a highly experienced and dedicated tutor, I am committed to helping students achieve their academic goals and realize their full potential. With a proven track record of success in one-on-one and small group instruction, I am confident in my ability to help students improve their understanding of subject matter, develop strong study skills, and achieve academic success. As a tutor, I am committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth, exploration, and intellectual curiosity.

I have delivered quality GCSE Maths tuition, both face to face and online to groups of up to 8 students within schools and tuition centres across Manchester for over 8 years. I usually teach students that are struggling to meet their targets or students that wish to push above their targets, and have a successful track record of improving their confidence and capabilities.

My normal teaching method is using a whiteboard and really going back to the basics to fill up any knowledge gaps, and once a good foundation of the subject is formed, I would then increase the challenge. I create a very comfortable friendly atmosphere and ensure my students are comfortable enough to ask any questions. My teaching philosophy is that I work with the student, not against them, by working alongside the student I do not expect the students to know any prior subject knowledge. By doing this, I am able to identify any knowledge gaps or areas that we must focus on.

I also deliver MESME tuition (Mathematics Education for Social Mobility and Excellence) which is a new nationwide enrichment programme for high-attaining high school students to develop their mathematical excellence.
