Hello, I'm Ali, a Sixth form student studying a-level english literature, Politics, and Media.

My lessons would be formatted by me for your specific needs, starting with a free breakdown session to see where you're at in your subject and work out a tailored plan for you as an individual. I mainly work virtually as it is the easiest option for both me and students, and leaves room to work around conflicting schedules and availability. Despite receiving average grades in my GCSE's from a tutoring standpoint I see this as an advantage. I come from the perspective of the majority, being from someone who went from just wanting to pass to achieving a majority of 6's. I wont overcomplicate sessions, I will help you, as the classroom can often fail to do by not explaining the things that matter in a clear and direct way.

I am able to work at whatever pace suits you best, focusing on subject areas that you struggle with, and ones that simply require revision to ensure the best outcomes for your educational journey!

I am not thoroughly experienced in teaching and tutoring, but I will be able to provide access to my a-level subject knowledge and life experience regarding my education, as well as homework where it is required, to ensure you are learning in school, with me, and continuing to do so in your own time. I aim to create a safe and open learning environment unlike a classroom, which can often be a place of neglect for the students who need the most attention academically.
