With over 7 years of experience, I’m specialised in Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines. I’m in to fine dining and casual specialities, i worked at Roka, Lucky Cat, Floral by Lima, Amazonico and The melusine; each one adding to me culinary repertoire. I’m currently extending my skills as a junior chef at BRAT.
