My tutoring approach is fully personalised and designed to bring out the best in every student. I take the time to understand each learner’s individual pace, preferred learning style, and current level of understanding, then adapt my teaching methods accordingly. Whether a student needs to strengthen their foundation or push towards top grades, my goal is to build their confidence, encourage curiosity, and ensure steady, meaningful progress.
Each session begins with identifying the topics students find most challenging so I can tailor lessons to address those specific areas. I place a strong emphasis on exam preparation by guiding students through past paper questions - breaking down the marking rubrics to reveal exactly what examiners look for. Along the way, I explain the theory behind each answer, helping students not only memorise solutions but truly understand the reasoning behind them.
As an engineering student, I bring a logical and analytical mindset to my tutoring. I have a passion for simplifying complex concepts, transforming difficult ideas into clear, engaging explanations that make learning both enjoyable and effective.
Having achieved three A’s in A-level Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, alongside top GCSE results (A* in Mathematics and Biology, A in Chemistry and Further Mathematics), I’ve developed a strong academic foundation.
My university studies in Chemical Engineering (Bachelor's) and Net Zero Engineering (Master's) have further deepened my knowledge in mathematics and chemistry, allowing me to deliver lessons with both clarity and depth - helping students not just to pass, but to excel and find a love for STEM.
