Dear Future Students,

I’m excited to share what you can expect from my Portuguese lessons! My goal is to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment tailored to your individual needs and interests.

Lesson Format:
Each session typically lasts around one hour and can be conducted online. I like to start with a brief review of the previous lesson, followed by a mix of vocabulary, grammar, and conversational practice. I incorporate various resources, including PowerPoint slides, articles, and interactive activities to keep the lessons lively.

Content and Dynamics:
Our lessons will focus on real-life language use. We will cover everyday topics such as travel, culture, and cuisine, which will help you not only learn the language but also appreciate the rich Portuguese culture. I encourage active participation through
• PowerPoint slides,
• Role-playing,
• Subject discussions,
• Games,
• Assessments (if the student would like to be assessed),
...making learning enjoyable and effective.

Experience:
Having taught Portuguese to teenagers and foreign learners in Portugal, I have honed my ability to adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences. My approach is patient and supportive, ensuring that you feel confident as you progress. I’m passionate about helping you to achieve your language goals, whether it's for travel, work, or simply personal enrichment. My experience includes creating engaging lesson plans (PowerPoint slides, conversations to improve your communication skills, text interpretation, among other) to improve your Portuguese knowledge.
