Alexandra Matzari

My name is Alex. Music has always been a central part of my life. From an early age I developed a deep passion for music, which led me to pursue studies and performance in flute, voice and piano.

Throughout my musical journey I have participated in ensembles, choirs and concerts, developing my musical knowledge, creativity and confidence as both a performer and educator.

Teaching is one of the most rewarding parts of my musical journey. I currently teach flute for all ages, piano and singing for beginners, creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment where students can express themselves musically and creatively.

I focus on the interests and musical tastes of each student, using songs that are familiar and meaningful to them as a starting point for learning.

I place great importance on developing good practice habits and musical training, while keeping lessons motivating. My aim is to help students build interest step by step, encouraging them to explore music without pressure.

I am also passionate about helping people overcome fears or barriers they may have experienced in the past related to music or learning an instrument. Many students come to lessons feeling unsure of their abilities, and it is incredibly rewarding to support them in rediscovering their confidence and joy.
