In my teaching practice, I entirely focus on student's goals and expectations; having that in mind, I design a very individual learning plan for every student, this allows me to stick to our goal, regularly monitor the progress and make necessary amendments. Apart from being strictly attached the the plan, I love having fun in lessons and I try to create relaxing atmosphere. This is an absolute condition to the best learning, in my view. As I have worked with numerous of students, I have had the opportunity to meet people of different cultures, ages and capabilities, and now I feel confident enough to adopt to different needs, linguistic barriers and other difficulties that might be encountered on the way towards successful acquisition of a language.
