About me

I have a masters degree in Psychology and I am a published academic. I also trained and qualified as a BACP Child Counsellor, with a specialism in Art Therapy.

I have been working with young people for over 15 years and recently I have started tutoring young psychology students or aspiring therapists.

My lessons are interactive, fun and highly engaging. I am quite techy, and I have built some online tools to utilise.

My main theory is Transactional Analysis but I apply other coaching methods in my work.

I'm quite unique in my approach, because I know it works!
