As a tutor I will deliver an online maths lesson by preparing a structured lesson plan tailored to the student's level and goals. At the start of the session, I will greet the student to build a connection and ensure the student feels comfortable. Using video call tools such as Zoom, Google Meet or discord, I will share my screen to present slides, digital whiteboards, or interactive apps like Desmos or calculator displays.

The lessons will udually begin with a brief recap of previously covered material to reinforce understanding. I will then move on to a new topic either pre-prepared or suited to the student's weaknesess. Key concepts are broken down step by step, with frequent pauses to check the student's understanding.
I will encourage active participation by asking questions, inviting the student to solve problems live, and discussing different approaches and methods. Tools such as digital whiteboards, shared documents, or online quizzes allow the student to engage hands-on. Feedback is immediate and constructive, helping to correct mistakes early.
