Hi, I'm Alana, a first-year medical student at Dundee University, with a passion for science and helping others reach their potential . My academic journey has given me a deep understanding of complex topics and I’m excited to share that knowledge with students who are eager to learn. What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to break down difficult concepts into simple, understandable ideas, ensuring that students will feel confident and capable in their studies. As someone who is constantly learning and exploring new areas of science, I understand how challenging it can be to grasp difficult material—but I also know how incredibly rewarding it is when things finally click. Whether it's biology, chemistry, or physics, with clear explanations and a personalized approach, I make learning science less intimidating and more rewarding.

I have taught several student in the past few months in various subject and seen excellent progress in both their marks and self confidence! I believe in creating a supportive, patient, and engaging learning environment. My goal is not only to help students grasp the material but also to instill self sufficient study habits that will set a strong foundation for them to excel in their future studies.
